Our starting price is R550.
All our tattoos include free aftercare bandage (known as second skin) and a free touch up within 3 months of application provided the correct tattoo aftercare procedures have been adhered to.

Semi Colon Project
The Semicolon Project is a Non-profit mental health organisation which is encouraging anyone who has been through depression, anxiety, or had suicidal thoughts, to draw a semicolon on their wrist. While some have settled for a temporary image drawn on in marker, others have committed by getting the semi colon permanently tattooed on their skin. Step Up artists hold this cause close to our hearts, and to support the cause we are offering (size predetermined)semi colon tattoos at a discounted rate of R350. or a free (size predetermined) semi colon tattoos with every paid tattoo. "A semicolon represents a sentence the author could have ended, but chose not to. That author is you and the sentence is your life. Your story isn't over!"

Tell tattoos ( organ donor tattoos - " )
The TELL logo incorporates quotation marks (“) for their campaign. As in literature, you cannot start a conversation without them, and the conversation is the most important part of organ donation. Become an organ donor, and #MakeItKnown by getting a tattoo of the TELL quotation marks. The campaign functions similarly to the semicolon (;) tattoo, which is used to send a message of affirmation and solidarity against suicide, depression and any other mental health issues. Step Up is offering Tell tattoos at a discounted rate of R350(predetermined size) , or free (size predetermined) with every paid tattoo. 1.) References/ artwork/ designs
- Please send all references, artwork, design concepts and design briefs through via whatsapp, social media platforms or email
- Please also advise if there is any existing work that needs to be incorporated into the design or covered.
2.) Placement
- Please send through relevant placement information including body part, side of the body etc for example: left inner forearm or right calf, outer side of calf
3.) Measurements in centimetres
- We charge by size and detail. As everyone’s body differs in size and shape, to ensure the tattoo fits your body, and so that we can quote accordingly it is necessary that we know the correct size of the tattoo required.
4.) Budget
- Please advise if you have a set budget you would like to work within, so we can design accordingly.
5.) Availability
- Please advise if you are available on weekdays or Saturdays so we can check availability and schedule bookings accordingly.
- Please advise if you have been referred to a specific artist
7.) Deposit
We require a 50% deposit of your quote to secure your artwork, design and appointment booking.
The deposit is deducted from the total quotation, and the balance is payable in full on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation of your appointment due to non attendance. However should the cancellation occur due to covid 19, your deposit will be retained and used at a future date.
